Joining the Rockford Amateur Radio Association is easy. Just follow these steps for completing the fillable pdf below:

Step 1: Fill Out the Form
You can complete the membership application right here in your browser — just click on any field below and start typing. Or, if you prefer, download the blank form first and fill it out on your computer. Note: Mobile devices may require downloading first.

Step 2: Save Your Completed Form
When you’re finished, click the download button. You’ll be given the option to save the form with or without your changes — choose with your changes so your information is included. Rename the file with your callsign or name (e.g., “RARA-Membership-W9ABC.pdf”) so we can easily identify it.

Step 3: Email Your Application
Send your completed form to w9axdrara@gmail.com

Step 4: Pay Your Dues ($25.00)
Choose whichever method works best for you:

• PayPal — Use the PayPal link on the form to pay online
• Mail — Send a check payable to “Rockford Amateur Radio Association” to the address on the form
• In Person — Bring your form and payment to our next meeting
